C4 Investments (C4) is a Geneva-based private investment company that combines the approach of a family office with the capabilities of an active investor. We focus on direct investments in Swiss commercial and industrial real estate, Portuguese residential development projects, and private equity in Swiss SMEs.
 
C4 collaborates closely with long-term co-investors and operating partners to define jointly, prior to any investment, the strategy, business model, and financial resources required. We actively monitor each investment and ensure the alignment of interests among all stakeholders. For specific investment opportunities, C4 pools capital from its network of investors on a deal-by-deal basis.

In addition to its investment activities, C4 selectively advises on M&A, financing, structuring and special situations across the corporate and real estate sectors.
